Export control and documentation
Before every export we classify the goods under Annex I of the EU Dual-Use Regulation and the German export list, screen the recipient against the EU sanctions lists and obtain an end-use statement. Our contracts include a re-export ban to embargoed countries. Every transaction is fully documented and archived for five years.
The competent authority is the German Federal Office for Economic Affairs and Export Control (BAFA).
